Main Missions
Trial Management
- Follow up scientific and commercial product trials in the region to prove Hypor product added value
- Convince customers and distributors of the interest to engage in scientific and commercial trials
- Wisely design trial protocols considering markets and customers’ needs, facilities, and strengths
- Link key actors of the trial implementation and valorisation internally and externally
- Manage the overall trial implementation from budget to procurement through reporting
Sales Development
- Support sales team with key elements of added value for Hypor products
- Benchmark consistently Hypor performance versus competitors
- Contribute to Hypor branding development through selected presentations (events, publications)
- Build network with key opinion-leaders, universities, and consultants in the region
Continuous improvement
- Identify and define customers’ main needs to develop relevant products
- Contribute to product development strategy involving R&D, sales and technical support
- Contribute to Hypor global product development committee and global performance benchmark
- Exchange data and information with other regions trial managers
Profile
- Bachelor/Master in animal production and/or nutrition, agriculture, or related field preferably swine
- At least five years of experience preferably in the Asian swine value chain industry
- Eager to work in the field and corporate environments in an international context
- Projects coordination experience, rigorous & autonomous
- Professional English, Vietnamese a plus
